Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any billing adjustments. If you're on an annual plan, we'll handle the transition smoothly.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a demo-first approach. Book a demo to see AskElephant in action with your actual data. No credit card required, and setup takes about 5 minutes. This way, you can see exactly how it works for your team before committing.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
If you're on Essential and need more capacity, we'll reach out to discuss upgrading to Unlimited. Unlimited plans have no usage limits, so you can scale as much as you need. Enterprise plans are fully customizable to your requirements.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes! Annual billing saves you 10% compared to monthly billing. You'll see the annual pricing when you toggle to 'Yearly' on the pricing page. This applies to both Essential and Unlimited plans.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and can set up invoicing for Enterprise customers. All payments are processed securely, and you can update your payment method at any time in your account settings.
