The privacy of your data—and it is your data, not ours!—is a big deal to us. This policy spells out what we collect, why we collect it, how we handle it, and the rights you have around that data. We never sell your data; never have, never will.

This policy applies to all products built and maintained by AskElephant, Inc. including AskElephant in every form and the related services we ship (together, “AskElephant”). If you are applying for a job with us, please refer to our Recruitment Privacy Policy instead.

We created this document for visitors, prospective customers, current customers, and their authorized users. Throughout the policy we refer to those groups collectively as “you.”

This policy does not cover information about a customer’s end users that we process strictly on that customer’s behalf. In that relationship, the customer is the “data controller” or “business” and AskElephant acts as a “data processor” or “service provider” under the applicable data protection addendum.

If you are an end user of one of our customers and have questions about how your information is handled, please reach out to that organization directly. They control the data we process for them.
