AskElephant provides an AI-powered call review platform that helps sales and customer success teams analyze conversations, generate insights, and automate CRM updates. Our service includes call recording analysis, AI-generated summaries, coaching recommendations, and CRM integrations.
User Accounts
To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring your account information is accurate and current
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt our services
- Record calls without proper consent from all parties
- Use our services to violate any applicable laws or regulations
Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days' notice.
Intellectual Property
AskElephant and its licensors retain all rights to the service, including all software, designs, and content. You retain ownership of any data you upload to our platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskElephant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
